Missing or Damaged Shipments:

Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged items and packaging and contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the shipment at contact@bamikamart.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Missing Packages: If you believe your package is missing, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once the package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
